What to expect from us!
When we arrive at your premises we will carry out a thorough and professional inspection of the carpets, upholstery, curtains, we are to be working on to ascertain any marks, spots, stains, which may need special attention before setting up the carpet cleaner.
We will pre-spray those areas with pre-clean treatment that will get to work on those troublesome areas such as main traffic areas. Doorways, corridors, hallways, in front of chairs, settees, sofas, etc
This will help greatly when we start the cleaning process to remove excess soiling and staining on the carpets, upholstery and rugs.
The carpet /upholstery cleaner will then be filled with the hot water and top grade chemicals which have been mixed together. These chemicals will never leave any sticky residue in the carpers, rugs, sofas, settees. That have been worked on…….No re-soiling due to poor quality chemicals.
They also have optical brighteners in them to help restore original colour and brightness.
On completion of the cleaning process we can offer various treatments for the carpets-settee, sofas, rugs, chairs etc
1 Stain protection
This is a thin teflon coating that is sprayed on after cleaning or on brand new furnishings if required. This will give you a degree of protection against any spillages and helps to keep cleaner longer …. so cost effective.
2 De-odouriser application
This will help kill off carpet odours caused by bacteria from urine, vomit, blood, food spillage, milk, tobacco, etc.
We use it on carpets in domestic homes, residential homes, nursing homes, etc.
3 Insecticide and flea treatment
This is sprayed on after cleaning which is mostly required for end of tenancy cleans, where pets have been in residence and is required to be done in the rental contracts.
Although we do our upmost to remove any stains, spots, etc. It is never a guarantee to remove all of them. as it depends on what they are, how long they have been there and what the furnishing are made of.
Anyone promising you 100% to remove are not telling you the whole truth……..
On completion of work we will drain off the soiled water from the carpet cleaning machine and we often show this to our customers, who are usually extremely surprised at the colour of the dirty water extracted from the furnishings.
Once packed away we will inspect carpets, upholstery, rugs, upholstery that have just been cleaned with our customers to make sure they are completely satisfied with the results.
The carpets will be able to be walked on, if needed, straight away with indoor shoes on. Ideally they should be left for a short time with some ventilation ie. some small windows slightly open to air off.
Upholstery may take a little longer depending on type of fabric, drying conditions of the day etc.
